What We’ll Be Doing:
The Dough: Learn the secret to the perfect, crumbly "Maicena" (cornstarch) cookie.
The Assembly: Get your hands messy! We’ll show you the art of piping the perfect amount of authentic Dulce de Leche.
The Finish: Roll them in coconut and learn the professional tips to make them look as good as they taste.
Tasting & Coffee: While we work, enjoy a handcrafted coffee or tea and taste some of our freshest pastries.
