Join us at Tango Pastry Café Vienna for a hands-on, fun, and delicious afternoon. We are opening our kitchen to share the tradition of the Alfajor—Argentina’s most beloved sweet treat. Whether you are a baking enthusiast or just a Dulce de Leche lover, this class is designed for you.

What We’ll Be Doing:

  • The Dough: Learn the secret to the perfect, crumbly "Maicena" (cornstarch) cookie.

  • The Assembly: Get your hands messy! We’ll show you the art of piping the perfect amount of authentic Dulce de Leche.

  • The Finish: Roll them in coconut and learn the professional tips to make them look as good as they taste.

  • Tasting & Coffee: While we work, enjoy a handcrafted coffee or tea and taste some of our freshest pastries.
